How do I make a reservation?

Payment is made via credit card at the time of booking. For use of the café or pub, please pay each time. We do not allow room charging.

We are sorry, but due to limited space, we cannot accept luggage deliveries.

We are sorry, but we do not accept requests for specific rooms or beds. To ensure all guests have a comfortable stay, we assign rooms in advance. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes, free internet is available.

Are there bathtubs in the rooms?
Only the Theater Suite has a bathtub.

Is smoking allowed?
The entire facility is non-smoking, but smoking is permitted in designated areas. Please follow facility guidelines and staff instructions.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. After 6:00 PM, check-in will be online as staff will not be present.
3:00 PM - 6:00 PM: In-person check-in (staff available).
After 6:00 PM: Online check-in (staff unavailable)
Instructions for online check-in will be provided via email.Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out will incur a fee of ¥1,100 (tax included) per hour.

Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Early check-in is not available.
Late check-out is subject to availability on the day of your stay.
If available, a fee of ¥1,100 (tax included) per hour will apply. Please contact the front desk for details.

Can I store luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Luggage can be stored before check-in (except Thursdays). The café on the 1st floor opens at 11:00 AM. Please speak to the café staff after this time.
Unfortunately, we cannot store luggage after check-out due to space limitations.

What amenities are provided? Are there any paid amenities?
The amenities provided vary depending on the type of room you book. Please refer to the room descriptions on the HOSTEL booking site for details.

Is there a curfew after check-in?
There is no curfew after check-in, but we ask that guests coming and going late at night do so in a way that does not disturb other guests or neighbors.

When do cancellation fees apply?
For reservations of 9 guests or fewer:
- Cancellation on the day of stay: 100% of the basic accommodation fee
- Cancellation the day before: 50% of the basic accommodation fee
- Cancellation 2 days before: 30% of the basic accommodation fee
- Cancellation 3 days before: 0% of the basic accommodation fee
For reservations of 10 guests or more:
- Cancellation from the day of stay to 3 days before: 100% of the basic accommodation fee
- Cancellation 7 days before: 50% of the basic accommodation fee
- Cancellation 10 days before: 30% of the basic accommodation fee
- Cancellation 11 days before: 0% of the basic accommodation fee

Can minors stay at the hostel?
Yes, minors are welcome to stay with us. If minors are staying without a guardian, a consent form from their guardian may be required.

What are the accommodation fees for children?
Children aged 0 to 6 years old (pre-schoolers) can stay for free.
One child can share a bed with one adult.
For children of elementary school age and above, or if a separate bed is required, the regular rate will apply.

Is breakfast available for children?
We do not offer meals specifically for children or baby food.
